Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Account for others' developmental activities; assisting Project Manager in day to day project execution.

Outcomes:

  • Interpret the application feature and component designs to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
  • Code debug test document and communicate product component and feature development stages.
  • Validate results with user representatives integrating and commissions the overall solution.
  • Select and create appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components while creating own solutions for new contexts
  • Optimises efficiency cost and quality.

  • Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

Release:
  • Execute and monitor release process

Design:
  • Contribute to creation of design (HLD
    LLD
    SAD)/architecture for applications

  • Present design options to customers
  • Conduct product demos
  • Work closely with customer architects for finalizing design

Manage Team:
  • Set FAST goals and provide feedback

    Key Responsibilities • Create quality software that integrates client storage with ecosystem orchestration technologies. • Work with product owners, architects, and engineering leads to understand use cases and features. • Translate architectural design into detailed or low-level design • Deliver code and participate in code reviews. • Take part in the full software development life cycle including development, test, continuous delivery & support • Be an active member of an Agile team, collaboratively realizing features through development, test, and delivery Essential Requirements • Minimum of 6 -10 years of software development experience • Proficiency in Golang & Terraform (2 years of Golang experience) • Engineers with Storage background will be preferred • Experience working with REST APIs • Proficiency working on Unix platforms • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are required • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Operates with agility and adapts to technologies and processes quickly. • Proficient software debugging skills • Familiarity working with debugging tools • Experience working on any one of the professional Development tool • Experience working with GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube & Blackduck will be a plus
